Water Aerobics
(60 Minutes) Classes held in the indoor pool that offer a low-impact form of exercise with emphasis on fat burning, cardiovascular improvement, increased flexibility, strength and endurance. Limited number of spaces available.

Spinning
(45 60 Minutes) Join our Certified Spinning® Instructors on an indoor cycling journey that is never the same twice. You choose your resistance and exertion as we keep you motivated to great music and drills as you sprint, climb and ride your way to your maximum fitness potential. Most classes are Interval classes taught with multiple fitness levels in mind. Please arrive a little early and let your instructor know if you are new so that time can be given to proper bike set-up.
Circuit Training
(60 Minutes) Tone up and burn calories in this high intensity workout with various resistance and cardio stations. This class may include calisthenics, boxing moves and sports specific training. Its never the same twice! Allow our trainers to take you through your own Personal Training-style session in this hour-long class.
Step
(60 Minutes) Take your workout to the maximum intensity possible! Increase your cardiovascular fitness with fun step combinations and varied patterns to keep you in the game. Typically ends with abdominal work to tone your middle section.
Kickboxing
(60Minutes) Classic jabs, punches, kicks and lots of innovative combinations and patterns to keep you on your toes! Included full body and full range of motion exercise and includes abdominal work. This class is a guaranteed intensive fat burning, heart rate increasing, good time workout.
Strictly Strength
(60 Minutes) Forget the cardio its all about strength in workout. You select your choice of weight as the instructor leads you through exercises to strengthen, tone and define muscles you forgot you had.
Core Training
(60 Minutes) Increase the strength and flexibility of the powerhouse muscles in your abdominals and back with 60 minutes of direct focus on the regional between your shoulders and hips. End your class with a total body stretch to further increase flexibility leading you to less potential for injury in your daily life.
Mind/Body
Pilates
(60 Minutes) A mind/body mat-based class taught with varying levels focusing on lengthening and strengthening the muscles of the core. Class teaches you to maintain good posture and alignment in daily life.
Gentle Yoga
(60 Minutes) For those who have never tried Yoga and those with experience who would enjoy a brush up on the basics. You will experience most aspects of classical yoga including: Philosophy, breathing techniques, postures, meditation and relaxation. Mats, blankets, chairs and props will be available to accommodate those who may have challenges.
Yoga
(60 Minutes) A classic Hatha-style yoga class practicing poses with an emphasis on breathing and flexibility. Poses in this class may range from easy relaxing postures to strenuous poses. Modifications are offered during class.
Intermediate Yoga
(60 Minutes) This is a more vigorous, energetic yoga class with a classic relaxing ending. If you attend, please be able to rise and lower to the group without assistance and hold poses for a longer time without discomfort. Some yoga experience is a must for this class.
